SCOPE OF WORK
- Pre Construction
- Review building codes and blueprints to ensure plumbing industry standards and regulations
- Recommend changes to current plumbing structure in buildings to overcome issues
- Underground, Top Out/Rough, Finish Plumbing
- Locate, mark and document positions of pipe installations and connections
- Locate and inspect sewer system with video equipment
- Excavate trenches, lay pipelines, link piping system to the local water main and sewage system
- Fabricate, assemble and Install plumbing systems and subsystems
- Install gas supply, water supply/drainage, waste/sewage drainage and venting systems
- Install piping sections, tubing, valves, pumps, and guages
- Install heat exchangers, control systems, backflow preventers and expansion tanks
- Install water heaters, water meters, water softeners, and water purification & filtration systems
- Install plumbing fixtures for restrooms, supply closets, kitchen facilities and common areas
- Post Construction Plumbing Inspection
- Hydro jet pipes, test/certify backflow systems and inspect sewer system with video equipment
- Complete final quality control inspection of facilities prior to building opening
